August 2019 - October 2020
Letting Agent, Wigwam Online
I assist from the start to end process beginning with sending property reservation form, asking the applicants to pay the holding fee, start the referencing, once passed, I will ask them to pay the remaining balance. I will create the new AST, I will inform the inventory clerk for the move in date, the inventory clerk will send Check-In or Check-Out report, I will then save it in the property folder then send the copy to both the tenants & the landlords, will notify the utility departmebnts of their move in or move out dates and meter readings, assist in maintenance issues, send email for renewals and assist in the move out process.
January 2015 - May  2018
Customer Service Representative II, AIG
Takes inbound calls to set up a new claim for worker's compensation, auto liability, homeowner, etc. Sends the claims to adjusters to finish the job and follow up those who has no assigned adjusters yet.

As a Tenant Liaison, assist in creating leases for new and existing tenants, sends notices, facilitates in owner as well as tenant's requests, manages collaboration email, assist in move in and move out process, answer other department's inquiries and any other ad hoc tasks given to me.

Interacts with the tenants and assist with their inquiries, assist with the collection of rent from tenants and communicate with tenants who have overdue rent. Ensure that the properties are well-maintained and managed, including making sure repairs are completed in a timely manner, and performing regular inspections. Perform various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and responding to emails. Help with bookkeeping & accounting tasks, such as preparing invoices & processing payments.
